If the debris in the bolt holes and the sand grains in the hydraulic components are not completely removed, resulting in insufficient bolt torque, easy breakage of the piston ring, ablation of the cylinder pads, and early wear of the hydraulic components: during overhaul, do not pay attention to removing filters, oil channels, etc. The oil or impurities accumulated at the place make the maintenance work incomplete and reduce the trouble-free operation time of the equipment. When the repairman cleans the parts, one must choose the correct cleaning agent. For the cleaning of various parts, different cleaning agents should be properly selected according to their different requirements for cleanliness. Second, the parts must be prevented from corrosion and rust. In order to ensure the quality of parts, they should be prevented from corroding and rusting, especially for precision parts. Therefore, when cleaning, you cannot use aluminum cleaners (especially strong alkaline cleaners) to clean aluminum alloy parts, and you cannot use strong acid cleaners to clean copper parts to minimize the corrosion of the parts.
